my cholesterol was the best ever, my good cholesterol was fantastic. I really havent lost that much weight but Ive toned up. Harris is eager to see what impact, training at a higher heart rate zone (level of intensity), will have on his time when he runs a half marathon in Edmonton at the end of August. Siblings Teresa Kohel and Ed Kohel have been coming to Orangetheory about three times a week since it opened last fall. (Three more studios will open in and around Edmonton in the next three months.) Theyve inspired another three family members to joing them. We try to support each other, she says. When he iced his shoulder, it stiffened up, and it became clear he couldn't play that night.
